100% Sesame oil. It is very useful for enriching the flavour of everyday foods. The oil is cold-pressed from white sesame seeds. It is widely used in Indian and Asian cuisine.<\/p>\n

As the seeds are not heat treated, the beer has a pleasant, delicate sesame flavour.<\/p>\n

Technology<\/strong><\/p>\n

At Oilika, the oil is cold-pressed (at room temperature below 25\u00b0C) in a hydraulic press without any contact with metal, thus preserving all the beneficial properties of the oil.<\/p>\n

NB!<\/strong>\u00a0Cold-pressed oils are very sensitive to high temperatures, so Oilika sesame oil is not suitable for frying or baking.<\/p>\n

    • Store the oil in its original packaging - dark glass protects the oil from light and temperature changes.<\/li>\n
    • Store sesame oil in a sealed bottle, the date of preparation and the shelf life of the oil are indicated on the packaging.<\/li>\n
    • Use the oil for 1 year from the date of manufacture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      NB!<\/strong> If you store sesame oil in the fridge, you will notice sediment forming in the bottle. This is normal because sesame oil is higher in saturated fatty acids, which solidify at low temperatures.
